We will pickup your laundry from your home or business, wash, dry and fold it all, delivering it back to your door the following day.
Place your order online or using the CleanCloud app and our delivery drivers will pickup your laundry right from your home or business.

Every washing machine is sanitised before use. We understand the importance of getting your clothes back clean, every time.
Lights and darks are washed separately to keep your whites white and your colours bright.
You get a choice of familiar laundry detergents and softeners so your clothes come back smelling just like when you do them yourself.
We own and operate our own delivery fleet. Your orders won't be outsourced to external contractors.

The Laundry Worx Laundry Process

Schedule a booking using the CleanCloud app or on the Laundry Worx website.

Your laundry will be washed, dried and folded by our trained laundry attendants. Lights and darks will be separated and we will use your choice of detergents.

On the morning of your booking, leave your laundry out the front, ready for collection. We will send a text message reminder.

The following day your laundry will be delivered back to your doorstep. You will receive a text message to notify you.
Pickup & Delivery FAQ's

Do I need to bring my own detergent?Yes, the machines require you to add your own detergent. If you forget or have run short, there is detergent available for purchase from our vending machine in store.

Do you have a pet machine?Yes we have one dedicated washer and dryer for pet blankets and bedding.

How do I pay for the machines?Our machines accept card/electronic payments only. Just tap your card or electronic payment method on the yellow device attached to each machine.

What are your operating hours?Kiara Laundromat is open 24/7 for your convenience.

Where is Kiara Laundromat located?We are located at 68 Aussat Drive, Kiara, next to the IGA supermarket.

Are your machines suitable for large loads?Yes, we have 10 washing machines, including 6 with a 10kg capacity and 4 with a 15kg capacity, perfect for large loads like bedding or family laundry. We also have 10 dryers. 6 with a 14kg capacity and 4 with a 20kg capacity.
