Terms and Conditions – Free Laundry for a Month Competition

1. Promoter
This competition is conducted by Laundry Worx ("the Promoter").

2. Eligibility

• Entry is open to residents within the Laundry Worx pickup and delivery service area.

• Entrants must be 18 years or older at the time of entry.

• Employees of Laundry Worx and their immediate family members are not eligible to enter.

• The prize is for personal laundry only; business or commercial laundry is not eligible.

3. Competition Period

• Entries open on 1 April 2025 and close at 11:59 PM (AWST) on 25 May 2025.

• The winner will be drawn on May 26, 2025, and contacted via email or phone within 48 hours.

4. How to Enter

• To enter, individuals must register their interest via the Laundry Worx website during the competition period.

• Only one entry per person is permitted.

5. Prize Details

• The winner will receive free laundry services for one month, valid from 27 May 2025, to 26 June 2025.

• The prize includes one pickup and delivery per week, for a maximum of four pickups during the prize period.

• The prize covers standard personal laundry services, including washing, drying, and folding. Special treatments (e.g., dry cleaning, stain removal) are not included.

6. Prize Redemption

• The prize is not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash.

• If the winner does not claim the prize within seven days of being contacted, a new winner may be selected.

7. General Conditions

• Laundry Worx reserves the right to disqualify any entry that does not comply with these terms and conditions.

• If unforeseen circumstances arise, Laundry Worx reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the competition.

8. Privacy

• Personal information provided by entrants will be used solely for the purpose of this competition and will not be shared with third parties.
