​Kiara Laundromat "Win a Year of Free Washing" Promotion – Terms and Conditions

Promoter

  • The promoter of this competition is Kiara Laundromat, located at 68 Aussat Drive, Kiara, WA.

​

Eligibility

  • This competition is open to residents of Australia aged 18 years or older.

  • Employees of Kiara Laundromat and their immediate family members are not eligible to enter.

​

Entry Period

  • The competition will run from 25 September 2024 to 31 December 2024. All entries must be received by 11:59 PM AWST on 31 December 2024.

​

How to Enter

  • To enter, individuals must subscribe to Kiara Laundromat's mailing list using their valid email address during the competition period.

  • Only one entry per person is permitted.

​

Prize Details

  • One (1) winner will receive a prepaid card for free washing at Kiara Laundromat, limited to $100 per month, for the period of one year (from 1 January 2025 to 1 January 2026).

  • The card is valid for use on washing machines only, labelled 1 through 11. It is not valid for use on dryers.

  • The total value of the prize is $1,200, and the card will automatically expire on 1 January 2026, or when the $100 limit for the month is reached.

Winner Selection

  • The winner will be drawn randomly on 1 January 2025 using an independent random result generator from the website https://www.randomresult.com.

  • All eligible email addresses entered into the competition will be included in the draw.

​

Notification of Winner

  • The winner will be notified via email and text message within 7 days of the draw.

  • The winner's name will also be displayed on Kiara Laundromat's website (www.laundryworx.com.au) for 14 days following the draw.

  • If the winner does not respond within 14 days of the initial notification, Kiara Laundromat reserves the right to redraw and select a new winner.

Prize Delivery

  • The winner must provide a valid mailing address within Australia where the prepaid card will be sent.

  • Kiara Laundromat will cover the cost of mailing the prize to the winner.

​

Use of the Prepaid Card

  • The prepaid card is strictly for use at Kiara Laundromat on washing machines 1 through 11 and cannot be used for dryers or any other service.

  • The card is limited to a maximum value of $100 per month. Unused amounts for any month will not carry over to the following month.

  • The card will expire on 1 January 2026, regardless of any remaining balance.

Data Privacy

  • By entering the competition, entrants consent to the storage and use of their personal details in accordance with Kiara Laundromat's Privacy Policy. These details may be used for marketing purposes.

​

General Conditions

  • Kiara Laundromat reserves the right to modify or cancel the promotion at any time without prior notice.

  • By entering this promotion, participants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
